We are seeking retail associates for our pop-up store. We are looking for self-starters with bright personalities that have the ability to remain calm under pressure. Who can think on their feet and communicate well with a wide range of personalities. People who are self-motivated to continuously deliver the best consumer experience possible.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Retail Associates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure high levels of customer happiness by providing excellent service
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance/information as needed
  • Actively seek out customers in store to engage them, ensure they have what they need
  • Suggest ways to improve the customer’s experience in store
  • Be knowledgeable on products offered and present available options when needed
  • Work with fellow consultants to ensure the best possible experience is being offered

The role is based in Secaucus, NJ.

Specific qualifications we are looking for include:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest/familiarity with dresses preferred
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic understanding of best customer service practices
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Friendly and energetic personality
  • Supreme organization skills
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure
  • Experience as a retail sales associate not required but preferred
